Magnolia Bay is one of the mini subdivisions in The Currituck Club with it's own set of covenants and guidelines. There are 61 homes in Magnolia Bay with about a third of them located on the Currituck Sound. The subdivision of Magnolia Bay has it's own pool and tennis courts which are maintained by the home owners association.
